New projects by Sahara in Tier-2 and 3 cities
About ten new township projects have been launched by Sahara India in Tier-2 and 3 cities in the country.
These projects cover around 900 acres out of its 27000 acres spread across the country.
The group has also launched an affordable housing project in the name of Sahara Swapna City which will be built in 360 cities in smaller land area scale.
Overall investment of 500-600 crore on township projects and 100-125 crore on affordable housing will be done by the help of banks funding and customer advance
investing.
The affordable homes will be sold in the price bracket of Rs 5.5 lakh to 11 lakh. The announced nine township projects were launched in Pune, Aurangabad, Jodhpur, Gwalior, Bareilly, Solapur, Porbandar, Katni and Kashipur.
Seven integrated projects have already started in Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Satna and Coimbatore. All the projects that are being launched have proper approvals and construction will finish in time as claimed by Subrata Roy, chairman of Sahara India.
