New residential, commercial and industrial sectors coming up in Gurgaon
Seven new residential sectors, three small commercial belts and two industrial sectors would come up at Gurgaon.
The state-level committee of Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, approved the plan for these sectors suggested as per Draft Development Plan for Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex-2031.
Public, semi-public and open space zones have also been earmarked. An area measuring 50 hectares near village Dhankot had been reserved for dairy farming and ‘Gaushala’. All the existing dairies in the city would be shifted to the reserved area.
