New way of direct marketing for Mumbai properties
Three well-known real estate companies, namely, Puranik, Ravi Group and Disha Direct have hired Theme Ventures as a nodal agency to sell the residential properties directly to the corporate employees by setting up shops inside the work premises.
This new concept of marketing bloomed while the realtors have been looking for secure and eligible mortgage buyers. A day long promotional activity has been planned in this respect.
Most of the realtors are following the conventional ways of selling their projects through news papers and real estate dealers. While this new method of marketing involves low cost and direct marketing techniques. This modern method reduces the advertising expenses as well.
Indian real estate companies have been trying to branch out for innovative ways of marketing and selling properties. Few of the builders are opting BTL marketing where in offers are being channeled through corporate HR to their employees on selective basis.
