Nine floor buildings in Mumbai to come under high rises!
May it be commercial or residential, the buildings with the height of nine floors in Mumbai city will be categorized under high-rise.
This modification proposal has been sought out by municipal commissioner Subodh Kumar.
The buildings which come under high rise category will have to follow up certain building norms and fire safety regulations.
Also, the municipal commissioner say that the terrace floor of the building will be considered as “refuge area”.
