No Comments Sub Category:Bangalore,Realty News Posted On: Apr 06, 2012

Bangalore city is looking ahead for the changes to be made for its further developments. The government is yet to come out with a policy to facilitate horizontal instead of vertical realty development in Bangalore.

As a fact that Bangalore city is facing many high-rises! With the days progressing, Bangalore city is vertically developed.

Many of the private developers who have frequent commercial and residential launches have 10 to 15 floors in minimum.

Of course! This might prove the real estate growth and development of the city. However, with the Bangalore lines spreading across the city, tall buildings are standing as a barrier for it.

This has been a new policy that has been observed by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA).

On one end BDA is planning to develop five new layouts on a 15,000-acre sprawl concentrating horizontal growth and the metro being launched throughout Bangalore city.
