Noida: A realtors’ boom
Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida have developed beyond any comparison in the last few years.
Realtors have expressed that the construction have been extra ordinary in Noida, which happened to have lots of barren agricultural land till few years back.
Being a low lying area, Noida was never a suitable place for farming and hence development of the place came as a jackpot for farmers. They reaped in big profits when the authority started developing Noida and earned high compensation for their land.
The construction activity has shot up after migrant population started coming to settle down. It has become a coveted place for many local and big-time builders over the years.
With IT & ITES sector coming to the city, employment arrived and this prompted many software professionals to settle down permanently.
