Noida Authority set to launch e-governance software soon
With the Noida Authority having announced that the launch of its e-governance software is imminent in the coming days, it is apparent that public interface at the Noida Authority office will be reduced and paper will become much easier.
Moreover, the launch of the e-governance software by the Noida Authority will also ensure increased transparency, and will cut corruption. The move will also increase manpower and efficiency at the Noida Authority office.
In connection with the forthcoming launch of e-governance software by the Noida Authority, officials have revealed that a trial run of the software is presently being carried out by at the authority office.
The officials said that once the software is officially launched by the Noida Authority in the next few days, there will be no need for people to visit the authority office routine tasks like transfer of memorandum of property, submission of installments, and application of layout plans for sanctions.
According to the officials, the project involving the launch of e-governance software at the Noida Authority office is being undertaken by a well-known company, which has been accredited with developing India’s first citizen charter software in Bangalore.
Highlighting the idea behind the launch of e-governance software, Noida Authority chairman Rama Raman said: “Once the online mechanism is put in place, works such as execution of lease deed, issue of no-dues certificates, transfer of plots and mortgage permission will be done online.”
