Noida developers warned of illegal constructions
A warning notice has been issued to all developers who have been carrying out illegal construction activities by the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities.
The public notice states that the lease of project will be cancelled and the authority will immediately demolish the structure in case of any violation of rules. Many developers in the district have been carrying out construction activities without seeking permission of the development authorities. Without getting approval from the concerned authorities, developers have been inviting investors.
In some of the cases, developers have ignored notices issued to them by the authorities and also of the high court. Therefore, to check the realty projects a task force has been formed by the authorities. The task force will update senior officials on a regular basis about such illegal projects.
This order does not only apply to the developers, but also for the farmers who have been constructing houses by just passing the layout plan from the district panchayat or their village headman.
