Noida Extension developers and Greater Noida Authority to sort out issues
Developers in Noida Extension have sent a letter to the Greater Noida Authority to clear the relief being offered to them buyers can be benefitted and home sales start soon.
Loan processing by banks is expected to start soon so that buyers can avail funds to buy homes.
Meanwhile, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and the Greater Noida Authority have agreed to sort out problems in a phased manner.
The Authority has already accepted some of the demands made by the developers. It has also started development work like sewage, water, electricity, roads and, most importantly, Metro rail connectivity projects in the area.
