Noida and Gurgaon are becoming the hot and preferred destination for companies like IT’s, BPO, BTO and KPO services in various domains such as banking, financial services, insurance, pharma, auto, FMCG and manufacturing.

According to reports, Bangalore may lose its crown as India’s Tech Eden to Gurgaon and Noida. Studies shows that all the leading IT companies and their vendors are now focusing for investment in Noida and Gurgaon, to generate more revenues.

A survey reports that 30% of the leading IT companies of Bangalore are interested more in investing in Gurgaon region rather than any other parts. Around 25 % said they want to shift to Noida and Greater Noida as it has already become a BPO hub.

Gurgaon is rising up due to the cosmopolitan culture, modern infrastructure, availability of skilled workforce and proximity to Delhi.

The connectivity and the relevant pool of resource/talent available due to the spread of reputed educational institutions in this area are the add-on points for development of the NCR region. Delhi-NCR region has become not only hot cake for the residential apartment developers but also for the IT companies which are stepping in to create their commercial and IT hub in Noida and Gurgaon.

Next comes Chandigarh and Himachal where the IT hubs are equally rising up. The next real estate platform is Chandigarh just because of being one of the first planned cities in India and it always had an extremely good civic infrastructure and power situation.  Also connectivity to Delhi is excellent due to the Shatabdi trains and, therefore, attracted many companies to consider the Tricity as an alternative location in North India.
