North Bangalore holds promises on real estate front
Places in North Bangalore are getting more property buyers in real estate front.
Areas like Hebbal, BIA, Bellary Road and Outer Ring Road have more demand for properties then other places.
One such place called Sahakar Nagar, a layout away from city crowd has seen many developments in recent times due to its close proximity to all basic needs.
There has been a real estate boom in areas like Kodigehalli, Sanjeevini Nagar and Thindlu.
But still residents complain of many civic amenities which has to be provided by the BBMP.
The residents’ welfare association has taken charge itself rather than blaming anyone else.
