Notice over RWA over illegal action to pets and pet owners

The Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) has supplied a notice against the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) over their illegal and arbitrary actions pertaining to pet dogs along with pet owners.
While issuing the notice, AWBI punished the supervision body of the residential property and reported that they cannot formulate laws with regard to inhabitants.
Concerning the ban about using household elevators while taking pets out for just a stroll, AWBI mentioned the constraint was unlawful and have seen a couple of court rulings exactly where it was mentioned that animals is not banned from using lifts and no charges can be added either, by housing societies for the use of lifts by pets. Accordingly the court had punish the RWAs  for the offence.
The AWBI stated that it is absolutely against the law to impose any kind of rule, or subject pet owners to any penalty with any respect to defecation through domestic pets inside contemporary society complex. It had been advised that areas can be demarcated inside contemporary society for this sort of purpose. A fine of Rs 200 has been imposed for pet defecation in common areas.
