Now get Ghaziabad sealed properties list online
There have been a lot of cases of cheating by Ghaziabad developers. Ghaziabad Development Authority has adopted a transparent route to educate investors by uploading a list of such builders on its official website. The website mentions layout plans have been cancelled by the Authority and sealed properties. List mentioning details of those developers who have obtained NOCs from the Authority and fire department can also be found on the website.
GDA chairman, Santosh Yadav says this will counter the growing number of cheating cases in the area. Ghaziabad has witnessed a lot of real estate transactions due to the boom in the sector. The site mentions that completion certificates of Gaursons’s four projects in Vaishali Sector 4 -Gaur Ganga, Godawari tower, Bramhaputra tower and Gaur Heights has been cancelled. The reason was not mentioned. Gaursons MD, Manoj Gaur blames GDA for not approving the project timely. He says that within 90 days from the date of submission of application it is considered deemed completion if a project has fire, lift, electricity and structural safety certificates and there is no issue of compounding interest.
The availability of information on the website is a relief to the customers as they do not need to take the trouble of visiting the office of GDA for information. The website will also enable them to make informed decisions.
