Oberoi Realty launches luxury units in Mumbai
Mumbai- One of the popular developers, Oberoi Realty has come up with its new luxury residential project named ‘Oberoi Exquisite’ in Mumbai.
Oberoi Realty is a 30 year old BSE-listed developer. The luxury project spreads across 80-acre Oberoi Garden City which is termed as “city within a city” in Goregaon (East).
In the year 2007, Oberoi Realty launched and completed its first residential project in India consisting of 600 units of 2.5 BHK apartments which comprised of 32 storeys. However, Oberoi is all set to construct 700 luxury apartments for its new project.
The Oberoi Garden City is on a 80-acre campus out of which 32 acres is used for residential units. The luxury project is spread across 32 acres and is dotted with 3,000 trees bringing grandeur to the Oberoi Garden City.
According to a spokesperson from the group, they have anchored residential project alongside a mall, a five-star hotel, a premium office complex and an international school. All these facilities in close proximity will help the project buyers have a holistic living experience by fulfilling their needs.
The Oberoi Exquisite consists of three towers with 50 storeys each having 3-BHK apartments with luxury and grande configurations of 996 sq ft and 1,081 sq ft area. These homes are available at a saleable price of Rs. 16,000 per sq ft and cost around Rs. 3.5 crore.
These luxury apartments are still in various construction stages and will be ready for possession in the end of 2014. The project is closely located to the Western Express Highway and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and offers connectivity to most of the central business districts in the city.
Apart from the 3-BHK apartments, the project also offers duplex homes from the 45th floor onwards. One of the greatest features of the Oberoi Exquisite duplex is the double height glazed windows. It is said that the residents will have constant natural light source and least ambient noise when compared to the traditional windows.
These duplex units also provide an extensive living room deck which allows one to have a good view of the greenery in the Mumbai city. It further offers exquisite lifestyle amenities like jogging tracks, swimming pool, clubhouse and so on.
