Occupancy certificates norms amended!
There is an exemption given to small builders in concern with claiming Occupancy certificates!
The Occupancy certificates from now onwards will not be mandatory for the buildings which will be constructed on site measuring 100 square meters with height up to seven meters.
This is applicable for properties in Hyderabad!
The Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) issued the amended occupancy certificate (OC) norms. These amendments were made in the “GO on Building Rules“.
However, to remind again this is applicable only for small builders!
