Old city rental prices shooting sky high!
The present realty situation has paused the launch of new residential projects in entire India.
There are plenty of pending projects which were constructed during previous year and have not been sold!
The developers and builders in Hyderabad have therefore planned to push these pending projects and then plan for new launches.
In these realty twists an turns, the old city residential properties are now in demand.
The residential prices are shooting sky high! A year before 2BHK apartment or a house for rent was priced Rs 5,000-Rs 7,000 per month. Today, the same accommodation are not available less than Rs 10,000-Rs 12,000.
