In Mumbai hardly 14 square kilometer that is 2.5 percent of the city area is let out for the public and midst total area space of 480 square kilometer. This includes the public parks, parking spaces and also recreation grounds for a number of 14 million people. However in the scenario is entirely different in Chandigarh in north India offering 35% of its city area for open spaces and New Delhi offers 20 percent for gardens and parks, respectively. The property buyers pay such a hefty sum on the property they purchase with lot of dreams. But they never know that they have always been cheated with these issues.

The property buyers are never cut shortages from paying tax, one shot payment, interest rates but the builders follow a different rule all together. Henceforth the city authorities has decided to charge a premium amount from the developers for paving way for the construction of non-residential elements such as lily ponds, covered swimming pools and other fancy and luxury facilities for the apartments. The government has decided to spend the revenue collected from the builders judiciously. The denizens of Mumbai are fed up with the on-going chaos created related to their properties and there is hardly any greens left over in the city for their healthy survival. And with this kind of cheating happening to the property buyers, they seem to have sleepless nights.
