Phoenix Mills launches luxury residential project in Pune
Pune’s residential housing sector got a new entrant in the name of Phoenix Mills, which has announced the launch of its project ‘Fountainhead’ near Viman Nagar on the Pune-Ahmednagar Road.
The project comprises of two 13-floor towers encompassing 81 three and four bedroom apartments.
The homes range from 3,000-5,100 sq ft in size and come at a base price of Rs 11,900 per sq ft.
Speaking on the development, Mayank Ruia, head – Residential, Phoenix Mills said that Pune has always been on their radar. In addition to the location advantages it has to offer, its status as a hub for investment and industry makes it one of the fastest growing cities in the country. He said that the markets are saturated with promises of premium offerings. With this project, the aim is to showcase not just the next level, but a whole new language and paradigm of what luxury truly means.
However, the investment details of this project were not disclosed by Ruia.
Phoenix Mills is a BSE-listed company with a pan-India presence comprising over 6 million square feet across 6 major cities. Their Residential portfolio includes 6.5 million square feet across Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai. The commercial portfolio includes 2 million square feet in Mumbai and Pune and the hospitality portfolio includes The Palladium Hotel in Mumbai and a Courtyard by Marriot in Agra.
