Plans for village habitation improvement
The village habitation improvement in Tamilnadu is sanctioned Rs 3,053 crore from the government to provide basic infrastructure facilities to the villages.
Under the guidance of Tamil Nadu Village Habitation Improvement Scheme (THAI) panchayat unions, district panchayats and village panchayats will be benefited with best of best infrastructures.
At present, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) project directors has already started expanding the infrastructure plans in 228 village panchayats.
