PM receives a letter on flats located near Okhla Bird Sanctuary
According to reliable sources, those who had bought their apartments within 10 kms near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary are now putting the blame on their builders for the future of the investments they have made. At the same time, there were a couple of flat owners in Noida who wrote a letter to the Prime Minister this Tuesday stating that they are search of protection of the interests and investments they’ve made.
A request was made to the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, by the famous association named Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA). It was their desire that the flats would receive protection, especially since they have been considered as a dream home to many.
Shweta Bharti, who happens to be the general secretary of the Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA) has mentioned clearly that in the letter which was addressed to the Prime Minister of the country, there were a couple of questions asked about the land which surrounds the sanctuary could be set up for sale within the years of 2008-10. How was it possible for the Noida Authority to approve all the plans. Flat owners are currently worried about possessing their apartments, especially because 40 builders and their projects have been pending.
