Policy to regulate illegal constructions in Maharashtra

In the wake of rising urbanistaion, the state revenue department is planning a policy to regulate urbanization and create special squads to keep illegal construction under control.

When asked question related to illegal constructions, revenue minister Balasaheb Thorat told that a comprehensive policy will be announced in the next three months.

He said the proposal of creating special squads to curb illegal constructions at the gram panchayat level is under consideration.

The policy will help in controlling illegal constructions that have been a menace in big cities, he added.

Thorat said the authorities in Pune have been directed to take action against illegal constructions.

    we have flat at ambegoan with grampanchayat permission, on dec.12 one gr is passed to stop registration of such flat so our builder has stop all prosses of construstion now flat is ready my bank loan also disburse to builder , i m paying installment for that loan , now i m steying in room(Rented), means every month i has to do tarevarchi kasrat to pay rent n installment if i get my room than story of rent will closed, builder is reddy to pay my amount but in all this i may loss by 1.5 lac(bank charges n builder cutting) but right now proparty rate is to hi to purshase an flat , so i m pryeing to god for help.     Kindly remove official responsible for illegal construction give them life time imprisonment and attach their all properties including provident fund.
