Posh apartments impose luxury maintenance charges

Luxury residential complexes in Gurgaon city are charging a hefty amount as on monthly maintenance charges.
Aralias, a luxury residential complex charges Rs 25,000 to 30,000 per month as a maintenance charge from each resident.
Also one of the luxury residencies in M.G road collects not less than Rs. 15,000 per month.
Residents are having no other go but to pay the amount to the apartment owners or builders.
