Prateek Group launches new ‘Prateek Grand City’ project in Ghaziabad
A new residential project – called ‘Prateek Grand City’ – has recently been launched by realty developer Prateek Group in Ghaziabad. The estimated total outlay for the project is Rs 5,000 crore.
The site for the new ‘Prateek Grand City’ residential project occupies a prominent location alongside the proposed 14 lane National Highway-24, in close proximity to the proposed Metro station.
According to the details shared by Prateek Group’s Chairman Prashant Tiwari, the ‘Prateek Grand City’ residential project will sprawl across an expansive 40-acre land area at Siddharth Vihar.
The project will comprise a total of more than 6,500 flats; the cost of which will range between Rs 28 lakh and approximately Rs 63 lakh. The project will offer the residents all perceivable world-class amenities and facilities; and will also boast an international school up to Senior Secondary level, as well as a hospital equipped with latest facilities and even a dedicated police station.
With the ‘Prateek Grand City’ residential township to be developed in a phased manner, Tiwari said: “We will likely to complete the first phase of project in next four years and the complete project in almost next six years and the estimated on project will be around Rs 5,000 crore.”
