Located at Kompally, near Hyderabad, the residential project is a gated community of independent houses, prices of which start from Rs 75 lakh. The east and west facing villas are on 358 and 218 sq yd whereas the compact row houses are 218 sq yd.
Both villas and row houses will have four bedrooms. The built-up area will vary between 2,300 sq ft and 3,300 sq ft. Prices can go up to Rs 1.2 crore, depending on area specifications. The facilities in the project include integrated pressurised water distribution along with water treatment plant, complete power back up, avenue plantation and drip irrigation system and solar fencing.
This project has to offer a lot in a simple package. The project is boasting all kind of luxury facilities as well is offering villas with four bedrooms. However the prices are a bit high.
