Property buying is distant dream in Kerala

The middle class citizens aiming for own house still stands as a distant dream.

At present this dream seems not to come true at all, as the land prices are skyrocketing with the days progressing.

Investing or purchasing independent house does not come under middle-class population budget.

At cities like; Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram flats are considered as next best option when independent houses stand as a distant dream.

The increasing prices of property in Kochi is leading nowhere but drying up real estate market in Indian cities.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations India, Kochi experts say that in Chennai city lands are much affordable near airport. However, the land prices are too high in the outskirts of Kochi.
