Dharuhera is the fastest emerging industrial town on the outskirts of Delhi. As per the report, Dharuhera is the fastest growing town of Haryana and that it is also the new growth corridor of Gurgaon and New Delhi.

Dharuhera is situated on NH-8, the busy Delhi-Jaipur Highway, and is on an hour’s drive from the IGI airport and only 27km from Gurgaon.
Dharuhera is the second largest industrial hub in India. As per the report almost 4,800 industries are working or are under development here.
A property dealer says that as some residential projects are coming in this area, the town is likely to have around 17,000 residential units in the next three years.
This emerging industrial location is becoming a famous real estate location as it provides residents the access to the same world-class facilities in the new and developing residential projects without the attendant noise and pollution of a metro city. Also, the location and nearness to Gurgaon, the IGI airport, and Delhi helps the residents stay connected to the prime centers of the NCR.

Lessard Designing, the famous architectural company from USA, is doing the architectural job. The Meinhardt Structural Designing Company from Singapore is working on the safety assurance and structural designing and the international spa group will provides the complete spa house.
A spokesperson of company also says that the project is located in the main market of Dharuhera. The project has been designed for the perfect usage of the natural light and with minimum maintenance cost with latest features.
