Public can now use the ORR stretch in Hyderabad
Hyderabad- With the opening of the Patancheru-Shamirpet ORR stretch, the Chief minister, Kiran Kumar Reddy addressed the farmers who owned the property along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) to not sell their lands away as those lands will fetch them a good price.
Despite the slow realty growth in the region, it is believed that the market will soon be mounting upwards. The district of Rangareddy has been witnessing a rapid development because of the ORR. However, since the eight lane expressway has been witnessing an increased number of accidents, the CM also warned the commuters regarding over-speeding.
Concerning the unemployment of the state, it was stated by the CM that there are about 60,000 government jobs lined up for the unemployed with about 1.25 lakh employed in government posts. This year there will be about 3.60 lakh unemployed youth to be facilitated with jobs.
As per Commonfloor’s point of view, the ORR stretch is expected to witness a steady growth in realty in the coming years paving way for various infrastructural developments.
