Puravankara launches premium residential project in south Chennai
Puravankara Projects Ltd one of the well known real estate companies prevalent in South India has announced its plans to launch Purva Evoq, a premium residential project in south Chennai.
Considered to be a first-of-its kind contemporary residential project located in the up market residential area of Guindy, Purva Evoq once completed witll boost of 181 premium homes in 3, 4 and 5 BHK formats. According to a recent press release initiated by Puravankara Projects Limited, the project will be designed by an international architect firm from Germany with façade seeking inspiration from the exotic Chettinad architecture.
Once completed and fully occupied, the collective financial wealth of the residents of Purva Evoq is estimated to be more than Rs. 3000 crores making it one of the richest residential enclaves in South India.
Purva Evoq is a 2.5 acred project with approximate 160 to 180 apartments, located at Guindy, Chennai, facing a golf course. The rooftop amenities of Purva Evoq include a stately sky / cigar lounge, sky gazing observatory, hard scrape paved area with seating, well-lit terrace garden, evergreen gazebos, jogging track, infinity pool and dedicated private offices. Puravankara Projects Ltd has announced that the project is not made available for everyone and only pre-filtered customers will receive invites in the first phase. The houses in the project are likely to be priced around Rs. 12,500 a sq feet with apartments in the range of over Rs. 2 crore.
