Railings of poor quality will cost your life
During year 2011, a small girl fell down from a second floor balcony apartment in Nagpur due to the poor quality railings used in it!
Now, the similar issue has been a major matter of concern for the residents staying at apartments in Delhi.
After a survey the fact came into limelight that the builders nowadays are using broad horizontal bars as railings for balconies and terraces in cities like Gurgaon and New Delhi.
However, the International standards for balustrades has prohibited using of horizontal elements as it facilitates small children using them as ladders.
There is no idea as to why builders or developers use such cheap quality construction materials even when they know it costs resider’s life some point of time!
