The road is obstructed by wet leaves and twigs, which could pose a risk to pedestrians. Residents of BTM complained that the garbage was not collected since October.
Whereas Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officials said that 300 lorries were deployed to carry 3,000 tons of garbage from the city to Mundur landfill.
On the other hand, residents of Doddaballapur, near Terra firma, have complained that BBMP promised to send only 20 trucks but nearly 50 trucks dumped garbage in Gundalahalli village. The residents are not allowing BBMP truck to their village since two days.
