Real Estate Conclave 2012 to be held in Mumbai
Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) is going to organize a conclave in Mumbai to discuss the issues which are affecting the real estate industry.
Maharashtra Minister for Housing will inaugurate the Real Estate Conclave 2012 and Jones Lang LaSalle India chief and Country Head Anuj Puri will be the Chairman of the conference.
The main theme of the conclave is decided to be ‘Conservation, Consolidation and Growth: Defining Success for Realty‘.
The main topics that will be discussed in the meet are aligning real estate development pipeline with portfolio management strategies of corporate owners, present and future of investable assets, returns from luxury, mid-segment and affordable segments.
Also, discussed will be issues like high cost of labour, inputs and finance and regulatory delays, etc.
