Real Estate Construction Academy in India
The Kerala government has come up with the decision to start an academy for the real estate construction workers. The academy is to be named as “Kerala Construction Academy” which is looking forward in providing education for the unskilled laborers who are working in the construction and real estate sector. Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) has come forward to provide training to the the construction and real estate workers. CREDAI president M V Antony reported saying that they are ahead looking out for the establishment of this academy and also none of the state government has even had a opinion over this project and most positive add on opportunity of this training system is that the trainee will get an idea over the prevailing real estate system and then over to that they can continue in the same industry they are working or also can shift to the far east or the other parts of Asia.
Labour minister Shibu Baby John reported saying that in his recent visit to Singapore he was an opportunist to meet the concerned authorities of Real Estate and Construction Center (RECC), this academy provides a short term training to the real estate industry workers in Singapore he also adds on saying that the system of this academy is well maintained and the trainees are 100% benefited from the training given by th experts in the real estate industry. In concern with RECC in Singapore the Kerala government is now decided to start a new academy to the similar one in Singapore. The prevailing construction workers who work on a wage idea will be given a thorough training over all the different wings in the real estate construction industry. This academy has planned to train nearly 20,000 and odd students every year. This academy will come into establishment at the earliest, informed the Kerala Government. Hopefully similar kind of academy will start taking foundation all over India.
