Real estate guidelines in Chennai has changed!

The real estate guidelines in Chennai state has been revised! The Tamil Nadu government has notified rates for registration of properties in Chennai city.

According to the realty experts the Tamil Nadu government has overtaken by 10 to 45 percent.

These fresh guidelines has been revised after a gap of five years according to prevailing real estate market rates.

At the same time, the demand for housing and apartments in Chennai has is increasing since last six months.

Also, this demand in the city center has paved way for hike in real estate market value in the suburban areas.

However, this upward revisions of property prices in Chennai has made property buying a distant dream for the middle class group!
