Realty scenario developing in Surat

No Comments Sub Category:Real estate trends,Realty News Posted On: Aug 07, 2014

It was impossible for Dharmang Shah who is a bank officer, to buy a house in Surat city a couple of years ago. All developers demanded had 50 percent payment in cash for Rs 55 lakh for three-bedroom flat.

But now many of the developers have started to accept the whole payment in cheque. The Diamond City realty that had thrived on investors has now become friendly towards all genuine buyers. However until two years ago, 50 percent of the flats and other properties in all new projects used to be bought only by the investors who had excess cash with them in hand.

In present days, the buyer who is really in need of a house to live or a space to use rules the market. This has resulted in more facilities being added to the projects. This leniency of the project constructors has helped enabling people in buying a house for themselves. It has definitely been a sign of relief. Given under previous conditions it had become nearly impossible for people to buy a house for themselves as it was impossible to belt out such a high amount in cash.
