Refusal and Rejection shown by the state
Once the BJP came to power, its first declaration was to roll out a housing programme which will be low in cost. The houses are going to be pucca and will definitely be established by the year 2022. Venkiah Naidu who is currently the Union urban development has gone ahead and mentioned that the new scheme will not just consist of the current programmes but also encourage the housing sector. This will be done with the help of proper interventions of policy as well as the availability of credit. This also includes interest subventions.
The chief minister of Telangana, Mister Chandrashekhar Roy has also made an important declaration. According to him, the government has been working towards building 2BHK flats within 125 square yards. The price shouldn’t be more than 3 lakhs. He also mentioned that the government would then bear all the costs as a result of which there shall be no burdens of loan on beneficiaries.
The housing schemes which are supported by the government have existed along with grandiose plans. There are quite a number of success stories of the government housing objectives who have accomplished their goals and objectives. But honestly, it is the failure that surpasses success.
