Rental apartments in Pune became more costly
A recent study related to the rental apartments in Pune has revealed that the cost of rent is increasing in Pune.
16% rise in the rental amount is recorded for the apartments in Kalyaninagar, compared to last year.
As the cost of the new apartments are increasing and there is no scope of any reduction, people are preferring to stay in rented apartments.
The real estate analysts expects the rise in the rental rates will continue as the demand for rented apartments in Puneare increasing.
As the city is getting new students and employees every year, the demand for rented apartments as well as the cost of rent will increase.
