Rental values in Sahakar Nagar rise by 26 percent
Sahakar Nagar is a residential suburb in Bangalore. Sahakar Nagar was formed in early 1980s as a co-operative society for Telecom and Post & Telegraph employees of the Government of India. Sahakar Nagar comes under the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) limit.
Sahakara Nagar comes in parts, under both Byatarayanapura and Kodigehalli wards of the BBMP, and is flanked by Hebbal, Vidyaranyapura, and Kempapura, Jakkur Airfield & Pilot Training Academy. The famous Bhupati Tennis Village is located nearby.
Sahakar Nagar is subdivided into seven blocks, Block A to Block G. Sahakar Nagar is also receiving an influx of people owing to its proximity to many reputed educational institutions like Trio World School and Silicon Valley Residence School.
