Residential Property in Mumbai and Kolkata hit by High Rental Prices

In Mumbai and Kolkata an apartment measuring 3,000 sqft in Powai, was sold for Rs 6.9 crore. In Mumbai real estate has an average capital value of Rs 23,000 per sqft and floating rates between Rs 23,000 and Rs 32,000 per sqft. However, the suburban locations of Mumbai have constant values from past two or three months.not seen any change in the values in the last three months. A residential unit measuring approximately 5,000 sq ft in Panchsheel Park in South Delhi, was charged a monthly rental of Rs 3, 00,000.
The duplex property region ranges from Rs 1, 75,000 to Rs 3, 25,000 per month.  5% raise has been recorded over the last quarter in Delhi NCR. Kolkata remarked the situation wherein an apartment measuring 1,309 sqft was charged monthly rental of Rs 38,000 because of well maintained locality, well connected road networks and also attracting residential space especially for the corporate people. 6% in rental values has been raised in these areas since few months.
