Residential water meters to be fixed soon by Secunderabad Cantonment Board
The Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has taken the initiative of fixing water meters in its jurisdiction for residential customers.
This initiative was taken to monitor water usage and consumption. SCB is also expecting a boost in their revenue through this venture.
In the past, residents have been blaming the board for irregular and inadequate water supply.
In order to solve the issue, SCB has decided to fix the water meters of 16000 customers.
Once the problem is solved, the board will be able to issue water bills like Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB).
