Residents of Boulder Hills withdraw petition
The earlier filed petition in HC has been withdrawn back by the Boulder Hills Villa Owners Association recently.
The petition was about an amendment in an order which directed the residents to deposit Rs 15,000 per sq yard to AP Industrial Infrastructure Corp before submission of documents for registration.
But the judge showed least interest towards their petition which made the residents to withdraw the plea and think of some other remedies.
The residents had earlier filed a case to modify the order and wanted to deposit Rs 4,000 per square yard in favour of the corporation before submission of documents for registration.
