Residents plan to move SC to save their illegal property

Residents of Green Heritage project in Mumbai are planning to move to Supreme Court to save their property which stands illegal.

After buying the property, the residents alleged that they have become victims of the violations done by the builder.

Earlier, High Court had already passed a verdict for demolition of the property which they have bought with their hard earned money.

Recently they came to know that one of the Cidco officials has claimed that the building will be demolished.

To this news, the residents protested and wanted to know the correct information and about the Cidco official.
