Residents rescued from compound wall crash in posh colony!
An earth excavation work at Bagmane Tech Park in garden city Bangalore paved way for earth cave down for about 25 feet in the adjacent gated community of Purva Parkridge at Mahadevapura.
One of the resident from Purva Parkridge who witnessed the incident live say that their child was rescued from this disaster within a hair’s breadth gap!
The child who was watching neighborhood children playing near the ground level of compound wall was escaped was at the closest proximity where the compound wall just ramped into the earth!
On the other end a resident who was taking a child for walk witnessed this incident within few miles away and thus exclaims saying the incident just recalled her about watching a similar scene from Roland Emmerich’s 2012 movie.
Later it was learnt that the earth excavation work carried out at Bagmane Tech Park for new constructions has left a nightmarish feeling for the residents of Purva Parkridge.
Claiming to be one of the posh colony in Bangalore city, when asked about the erratic incident the Bagmane Tech Park officials say that they had taken necessary precautions with the commence of new construction.
However, the compound that collapsed was built on a man-filled soil area therefore paving way for a big chunk to happen!
What more? The residents here have been left with a black remark either about the builder or the poor quality of construction as it was an inch escape for cost of few lives!!!
