No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Aug 04, 2014

We are all aware of Samsung producing funky smart phones, dependable AC’s, washing machines and other household products. However we are not aware of the fact that Samsung makes lavish buildings. Recently none other than RIL have commissioned Samsung C&T, the Korean giant’s engineering and construction department to build a super lavish project for mixed purposes at Bandra Kurla Complex. Samsung has been among the leading names in the construction sector.

The projects estimated cost is $678 million. The Korean giants are going to lead this gargantuan contract and they are supposedly going to build a convention centre along with an auditorium, a cultural plaza, service apartments and also an office block. This project is being expected to be a multi featured lavish project with the Korean giants.

The whole project will be constructed over an area of around 788,000 square meters. The complex is going to be built after the paterfamilias. The Dhirubai Ambai International Convention and Exhibition Centre are expected to be finished by the end of the year 2017 and there are plans to make it Mumbai’s bluest chip address. Samsung is looking forward to this project as that would help their rise in India’s real estate sector.
