1 Comment Sub Category:Bangalore,Realty News Posted On: Sep 03, 2012

Whitefield has emerged as a real estate hub in Bangalore as it has witnessed both commercial and residential developments. The credit befalls good connectivity.

Marathahalli bridge construction has been a boon for growth of real estate in the area. Residential facilities, along with well designed office space are increasingly coming up. The Old Airport Road, which has been a hub for commercial development, has now led to expansion of residential developments beyond HAL.

IT-led commercial development has led to a series of residential and retail developments which in turn initiated infrastructure growth in Whitefield. Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has developed industrial land for projects in Malur IV Phase and Narsapura. This significant connectivity project has resulted in the expansion of the Whitefield zone up to Kolar and residential catchments too have now expanded till Kolar.
