No Comments Sub Category:Delhi-NCR,Real estate trends,Realty News Posted On: May 20, 2014

Among the prominent localities of west Delhi, Rohini is a region mainly comprising lower income group and middle income group DDA (Delhi Development Authority) flats. Divided into regions, this locality comprises sectors, some of the popular ones being Sector-5, Sector-7, Sector-9, and Sector-13. The rent rates in almost all sectors are very cheap in comparison to Delhi. Two months’ security deposit is standard in case of renting a house here.

Sector-5 in Rohini has excellent connectivity. Red line metro is easily accessible at Rithala, the nearest metro station. The sector as a whole is accessible to other sectors, namely 6, 7, 8, and 9 by the main arterial road, Bhagawan Mahaveer Marg.

The rent rates for 1 BHK apartment is about Rs 7,000 per month, while the rent rates for 2 and 3 BHK apartments range from Rs 10,000 to 20,000.

Sector-7 is also an affordable locality with good connectivity. The nearest metro station, Rohini East, is just a kilometer away. Just like Sector-5, this sector too doesn’t have many online property listings, so one would have to get in touch with brokers and do a house hunt themselves.

The rent rates for 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments are Rs 8,000, Rs 10,000-17,000, and Rs 18,000-30,000 per month respectively.

Sector-9 is among the posh localities in Rohini. Naturally, the rent rates are on the higher side. Connectivity and infrastructure in this sector is excellent. Rent rates for 1 BHK units range from Rs 7,000 to Rs 13,000 per month. The 2 BHK and 3 BHK units range from Rs 12,000 to Rs 35,000 per month. 4 BHK units are also available at rent rates of about Rs 40,000.

Sector-13 is a locality that stands apart because of its lush greenery and wide roads. Because of its proximity to Sector-10, it is a popular tourist spot too, with its many malls and a theme park.

Housing units in this sector are affordable. 1 BHK units would be available on rent in the range of Rs 6,500 to Rs 13,000 per month. 2 BHK and 3 BHK housing units are also easily available in the price range of Rs 13,000 to Rs 30,000 per month. 4 BHK flats and villas can be rented at about Rs 21,000 per month.
