Royal Palms plans to sell its hotels

Mumbai- Real estate builder Royal Palms India is planning to sell four of its hotels in the city and hope to boost around Rs 2, 500 crore regarding enlargement as well as diversification in the farming industry.
They have already bought 300 acres of agricultural land and planning to harvest high-paying crops, from grains to fruits organically.
The city-based organisation, a component of the Amir Group, is additionally considering at purchasing around 1, 500 acres within Kolhapur.
In its 240-acre project Royal Palms Estate within Goregaon, the organisation features three hotels in the five-star category, including Palms Hotel Tower & Convention Centre, Hotel Imperial Palace, and Palms Villas Hotel, besides another resort which is under construction, together with more than 400 rooms.
