Rs 286 crore real estate project in Kochi
Tata Realty and Infrastructure (TRIL) has awarded Rs 286 crore project to Leighton Welspun Contractors for developing five residential towers in Kochi in Kerala.
The expected completion of the project will be in 2014.This project will be an iconic project in Kochi.
The Leighton Welspun management are very much confident about the timely completion of the project.
Earlier Leighton Welspun has partnered with TRIL for development of the Ramanujan IT Park project in Chennai.
Leighton Welspun are known for the quality of construction in different residential projects in different parts in the country.
