Rs 500 crore equity fund will be raised by Anand Rathi & Knight Frank
The private equity firm of Anand Rathi Financial Services and Knight Frank India are planning to raise Rs 500 crore for the real estate industry in India.
The two organizations planned to raise the funds from the internal domestic market. They are not going to the foreign investors for the fund raising program.
The organization is waiting for the Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) guidelines from Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi).
This two firms joined together two years ago and has already invested in real estate projects in Mumbai and Pune.
