Sales of apartments and debts of builders, both are rising

The real estate companies in India are not trying to pay off the debts. Rather they are more interested in buying lands from the earnings.

It is reported that the rate of sales of apartments has been increased and the debts for the big builders also increased.

The builders like DLF, Godrej Properties raised more than thousand crore by selling real estate properties. But they have shown their interest more on buying new lands for future projects.

Expert says that the companies are falling into debt trap. And to come out from the situation They must go for liquidation of their assets.
