Sales of residential properties in Mumbai still moderate
According to a report by a real estate analysis firm, the sale and launch of residential properties in Mumbai and its suburbs is still slugging.
The rates of apartments are still on the higher side and the potential buyers are deferring their decisions and as an outcome the rental rates in Mumbai have started increasing.
The report also said that the transactions of commercial places are happening in the city. Phoenix Market City at Kurla, I-think Thane Phase 2 at Thane, Mindspace Building 5&6 at Airoli and Godrej IT Park Wing C at Vikhroli are witnessing good demand.
Many major residential projects in Mumbai were launched in last couple of months, likeĀ Mkar Wing A and B at Worli, Godrej Platinum Tower 2 at Vikhroli, Lodha Dawn at Ghodbunder Road, KUL Tulip at Ghatkopar.
